Ju and Kofi Yiadom are the founders and co-owners of King Kogy and are the proud parents of three young children. Always on the go with their busy schedules, Ju and Kofi sought out fast, flavorful and healthy options for their family, but found themselves dissatisfied with the limited options available.
The ideal restaurant they envisioned, was an eatery that offered exciting bold flavors, using fresh ingredients with a variety of options to satisfy every member of their family in a casual and family friendly environment. When the opportunity came along to open a small business in Valencia, Ju and Kofi knew it was time to open King Kogy. In preparation for the opening of King Kogy, many international marinades and sauces were tested to select the best ones that would complement the process of being slowly roasted on a vertical rotisserie. King Kogy offers these selected marinades on beef, pork and chicken with plenty of fresh vegetables and house made made dips and sauces. We all know and love our vegetarian friends and family members, so we made it a point to have tasty options for them as well. All meat choices are offered in a wrap, on a baguette, over rice or as a salad.
